Re-Activation of TABONI Compost Garden

The project initially aimed to revive the TABONI compost garden in Bona Indah Housing Complex, which previously focused on processing dry leaves. Over time, the initiative evolved into "Yuk Mengompos," a broader collaboration with fellow Ibu ASAKA members to promote organic waste composting. The project educates and encourages residents to manage organic waste effectively, reducing landfill contributions.

Project Objectives

Key Achievements

• Gained support from the local RW administration and engaged RT leaders to promote composting. Residents actively participated, showing enthusiasm for waste management solutions.
• Some participants who had never composted before became motivated to start at home. A growing number of residents are taking the initiative to compost after workshops.
• Created an online mentoring group for continuous guidance and information sharing.
